When can I expect delivery?

After your order is placed and payed for, it usually takes 2 workdays until your package is delivered. Unless you hvae opted for express delivery.

When ordering after 10PM, you have to add an extra day.

The product I received is damaged, what now?

If a product you received is damaged, take a picture and send it to us together with your order number.
We will reimburse you for the order as soon as we have received the damaged goods. If the damage is severe, you do not need to send us the product.

I'm not completely satisfied with the product and I want to send it back

We'll gladly retake any product. As long as its unused and undamaged. You can send it to the following address:

Once we received the product, we will reimburse you the money of your order.
